BooginHead Pack’Ems Review

BooginHead Pack’Ems are a great alternative to plastic zip lock bags. I rarely ever use plastic zip lock bags anymore. I stick with the reusable, eco friendly snack bags. Pack’Ems are BPA, PVC, and phthalate free. Pack’Ems are top rack dishwasher safe. Pack’Ems come in a two pack, one large bag and one small bag. The large is small sandwich sized and the small is snack sized.

2 pack of Pack’Ems
My favorite feature of Pack’Ems is they stand up by themselves! This makes it incredibly easy to pour snacks in Pack’Ems. Pack’Ems close with a Velcro Press Lock. The velcro makes it hard for Bunny to open the Pack’Ems on her own, which I love, but is super easy for an adult to open. A bigger child could easily open Pack’Ems on their own. I enjoy Bunny not being able to open Pack’Ems.
I love seeing the snack!
large size with snack

Pack’Ems hold a lot of snacks and are see through. I like that I can see what is inside and how much is left. The snack sized Pack’Ems is the perfect size for Bunny to roam around with. It holds just enough snack without a ton of excess for Bunny to dump out.

Small size with yogurt drops.

Pack’Ems are top rack dishwasher safe. You can also hand wash them with warm soapy water. Pack’Ems air dry quickly. You can buy BooginHead Pack’Ems online for $9.99, but if you buy them soon you can get them for $7.99! (I love a sale!)

Bunny loves Pack’Ems!

BooginHead Squeez’Ems Review

Bunny loves eating food out of squeezable pouches. I, however, do not like the prepackaged options. BooginHead Squeez’Ems allows Bunny to enjoy a squeeze pouch while I enjoy knowing exactly what is in the squeeze pouch.
BooginHead Squeez’Ems are a reusable, BPA, PVC, and pathalate free food pouch. BooginHead Squeez’Ems are refrigerator, freezer and microwave safe. BooginHead Squeez’Ems come in two options, Screw Top Sqeeze’Ems and Zip Pouch Squeez’Ems. Bunny and I tried (and love) Screw Top Sqeez’Ems. Screw Top Sqeez’Ems come in a two pack and hold up to 6 ounces each. What I love most about Screw Top Sqeez’Ems is the screw top lid opens clockwise! This means Bunny can not open the top! Bunny has mastered opening anything and everything with a screw top. This makes for a very happy Bunny and a VERY messy house. I love that Bunny can enjoy a delicious snack, but can NOT open her Screw Top Sqeez’Ems! The cap is attached to the lid to eliminate lost parts. If the cap was not attached, this would be a useless item for me. Bunny would lose that cap in seconds. I love the attached cap.

Screw Top Sqeez’Ems have a nice big opening for you to fill them. They also stand on their own, which allows for ease of filling. I don’t have to fumble with a spoon in one hand and Screw Top Sqeez’Ems in the other. The opening is big enough to fit a normal table spoon inside. I don’t have to put the table spoon inside, I can let the filling fall off of the spoon and into Screw Top Sqeez’Ems with no mess. This is a big plus for me. Theres nothing more annoying than having to wipe up the excess that has spilled over the edge when filling a pouch. I don’t want to waste food, and I don’t want to take the extra step to clean it up before Bunny has even used it.
We mainly use Screw Top Sqeez’Ems for yogurt, applesauce, and smoothies. Screw Top Sqeez’Ems are a convenient way for Bunny to enjoy a healthy snack on the go. We often toss two of these in the church bag. Some days, when Bunny is particularly messy and can’t handle using a spoon, I will put her yogurt in Screw Top Sqeez’Ems while we are home. It is a nice, easy, clean way for Bunny to have a good snack.

With Screw Top Sqeez’Ems Bunny can eat every last drop of food that is in the pouch. Bunny has had some difficulty getting all the food out with other brands of food pouches. I really like that Screw Top Sqeez’Ems are easy to use and allow Bunny to eat all the food in the pouch.

Bunny loves to drink smoothies but I do not like the mess she can make with a traditional cup. Screw Top Sqeez’Ems are perfect for Bunny’s smoothie consumption. Bunny can either drink the smoothie out of the lid, or she can use a straw. Screw Top Sqeez’Ems cap opening is the perfect size for a straw! No mess smoothie!

Screw Top Sqeez’Ems are super easy to clean. They are top rack dishwasher safe, or you can hand wash them. I hate to hand wash anything, but I must say Screw Top Sqeez’Ems are very easy to hand wash. I actually prefer to hand wash my Screw Top Sqeez’Ems. To hand wash Screw Top Sqeez’Ems, you simply fill them with warm soapy water and shake it around. You can use a bottle brush if you want to scrub them. Rinse with warm water and air dry. Easy as can be! You can buy Screw Top Sqeez’Ems online for $9.50 (if you buy them now they are on sale for $7.60!).

Preggie Pop Drops Review

Preggie pop drops are a natural way to ease morning (all day) sickness. Preggie pop drops come in a tin which contains 21 drops. There are four flavors in the Preggie pop drop tin which are: Sour raspberry, sour lemon, sour tangerine, and green apple.

I don’t typically like sour candies, but these are not super sour. They have the right balance between sweet and sour.  Preggie pop drops are also not super sugary. The benefit of Preggie pop drops vs a hard candy is Preggie pop drops have less sugar, last longer, and don’t leave little random pieces of candy in your mouth. One Preggie pop drop lasts about 15 minutes for me, and curbs my nausea for about 30 minutes. I have all day nausea and am using 2-3 Preggie pop drops per day. One container lasts a little over a week for me.

The ingredients in Preggie pop drops are dried cane syrup, corn syrup, citric acid, natural colors, and natural flavors (made with essential oils).  Preggie pop drops are gluten free.

Preggie pop drops are very helpful when I am out and about and can not seem to calm my stomach. I know as soon as I pop a Preggie pop drop in my mouth, my nausea will subside.  This was very helpful during the first month or so when we hadn’t announced we were pregnant yet. Preggie pop drops look like any other candy. I could pull one out of my diaper bag and nobody knew it was pregnancy related.

The newest creation of Three Lollies is Preggie Natural Chews. Preggie Natural Chews are a soft, chewy version of Preggie Pop Drops. Preggie Natural Chews come in four flavors, peppermint, raspberry, ginger, and green apple. There are fifteen chews in a box. The texture and flavor of the Preggie Natural Chews is very nice. I prefer the Preggie Pop Drops over the Chews. I seem to chew the chews way too fast! The drops last longer for me.

You can buy Preggie Pop Drops here for $5.50 a tin. You can buy Preggie Natural Chews here for $3.95 a box. You can also find both products in Target, Buy Buy Baby and Toys R Us.

Bunny has an exciting announcement!

Bunny is excited to announce she will be a big sister in/around April of next year!

Things have been slow around here, as I am sure you’ve noticed, because of this pregnancy. I am experiencing all day sickness but I am happy (and nervous because I don’t want to jinx it) to say, the all day sickness seems to be subsiding! I will (hopefully) be back to posting a review or two a week!

Mamma Chia Drink and Squeeze Snack Review

I first saw the Mamma Chia Vitality beverage at Sprouts. This drink has Chia seeds inside and was very intriguing. I purchased a few and could not wait to try them. The first flavor I tried was the raspberry passion. I was pleasantly surprised by the texture! The Mamma Chia Vitality beverage has the consistency of stirred jello. It is smooth and liquid-y, and very refreshing. You can taste the delicious juice and the seeds don’t get in the way. I personally enjoy the texture of the seeds in the drink.
Mamma Chia Vitality beverage comes in 9 different flavors.

Mamma Chia Vitality beverage comes in a 10 ounce bottle. There are 120 calories per bottle, 4 grams of fat, 6 grams of dietary fiber, 4 grams of protein and 2500 mg of Omega 3’s! Mamma Chia Vitality beverage is gluten free, vegan and organic. The beverages do need to be refrigerated. If you are looking for an on the go snack, Mamma Chia has a Chia Squeeze just for you!
Chia Squeeze comes in 6 different flavors. Chia Squeeze comes in a 3.5 ounce portable squeeze pouch.
The Chia Squeeze is a little bit thicker consistency than the Vitality beverage, but is still easily consumed. Chia Squeeze comes in a squeeze pouch and is the perfect on the go snack. You can toss them in your purse, diaper bag or your gym bag.
I really enjoy Chia Squeeze. It is a great snack. Bunny loves Chia Squeeze as well! This is a great snack for both Moms and children!

Mamma Chia Vitality beverage is thicker than most drinks. The combination of the Chia seeds and the juice is extremely refreshing. If you see Mamma Chia Vitality beverages in a store near you, I would highly suggest giving it a try! You can use the Store Finder to find Mamma Chia in a store near you!
